Orange-Banana Smoothie

This creamy and refreshing drink is perfect for breakfast, after a workout or as a afternoon snack.  Feel free to use any flavor of yogurt you want.  Recipe makes 2 servings.

What you’ll need:

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced

What you’ll do:

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.
