Friday Tip {don’t ditch breakfast}

Without a doubt, Moms and Dads (or anyone that cares for children, for that matter) have the hardest jobs in the world.  This year on the blog, Friday’s are going to be dedicated to YOUR health.  Tips and ideas will be shared to give you the tools you need to take care of yourself.  Because let’s face it, if you don’t take care of yourself, it’s harder to take care of others.

Caffeine from your coffee is not enough fuel to start your day. Make sure to include a breakfast that is full of protein-rich and high-fiber foods like eggs with whole-wheat toast.
