Keep these healthy snacks on hand that you’ll feel good about them eating.

  • String Cheese and grapes
  • Peanut butter and carrots
  • Yogurt (try Greek yogurt for more protein)
  • Raisins and almonds
  • All fruit!
  • Popcorn (choking hazard for the young ones)
