Fruit and Cheese Breakfast

For most people, breakfast needs to be quick and easy.  Something that can be eaten while walking, driving or running out the door.  Here’s a breakfast idea that’ll make mornings a little easier.  This “recipe” is for one – but you can make this for just you or the whole family in no time.

What you’ll need:

  • apple
  • 1 ounce cheese
  • 1/4 cup walnuts

What you’ll do:

  • Grab and go!
