Need a snack to hold you over between lunch and dinner?  Snacking is a healthy habit if done right.  These 100-calorie snacks are simple and easy.  Depending on how many calories you need, pair two of these snacks together.

2/3-cup 1%cottage cheese

about 12 almonds, pistachios or cashews

1 large apple

2 cups strawberries

1 medium banana

1 whole-wheat English muffin

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1 cheese stick

4 1/2 cups 94% fat-free microwave popcorn
